SILO EQUIPMENT
1. Round cartridge dust collector
Cleaning system: automatic reverse air jet;
Air flow rate: from 800 m3/h to 1 600 m3/h depending on the volume of the silo;
Casing: stainless steel;
Options: bottom ring; suction fan; dust collection hopper with butterfly valve or rotary valve; electronic differential pressure meter; inspection front door for easy access to the filtering elements;

2. Bin level indicator with rotary paddle
It is design for electric signaling of maximum or minimum material level inside hoppers and silos. Mains voltage: 24V / 50 Hz (option: 220 V / 50 Hz, 24 V DC);
Process connection: thread 1"1/2 - 2"1/2. Enclosure: IP66;

The valve controls possible overpressures or negative pressures that may be created inside bins.

5. Pinch valve with pneumatic control panel
It is design to control the delivery of bulk solids during pneumatic transport, in particular during the pneumatic loading of silos from tankers.

6. Short radius anti-wear elbow
It is inserted as a link in pneumatic conveying pipes, in particular in the silo filling pipe.
Body: SINT® polymer, with special geometry that enables the diversion of the conveyed material at minimum wear. No clogging risk and no contamination of the product.
