- Screw conveyors for fresh concrete
This type of screw conveyors is used as an alternative to belt conveyors in the production of precast concrete elements – to convey fresh concrete from the mixer to the moulds. By changing the angle of the paddles in the inlet zone the concrete throughput rate can be altered. The conveyor is equipped with a rubber drop bottom which let the large aggregate particles that end up between screw and trough pass away.
Throughput rate: from 4 m3/h to 220 m3/h;
Length: от 3000 mm to 6000 mm;

- Shaftless screw conveyors
This type of screw conveyors offers a large volume capacity and the possibility of handling difficult heterogeneous materials such as solid waste, sludge, waste from meat, fish, fruit, etc. They are widely applied in the waste water treatment, fruit and vegetables processing plants, beverage industry, pulp and paper, slaughterhouses, etc.
Throughput rate: from 65 m3/h for sludge to 25 m3/h for screenings;
Trough and spiral: carbon steel or stainless steel 304 L / 316 L;
Trough liner: UHMWP;
Options: trough cover; standard inlet spout; inspection and overflow hatches; drainage kit; washing nozzles; different types of power transmissions;

- Vertical screw systems
The vertical screw systems consist of a horizontal screw feeder which receives material from a silo, hopper, or another feeder or conveyor, and a vertical screw conveyor that lifts the material to a certain level.
Body: carbon steel powder coated or stainless steel;
Maximum elevation height: 45 meters;
Throughput rate: from 3 m3/h to 800 m3/h;
In comparison with bucket elevators or pneumatic conveying systems, the vertical screw system has the smallest overall dimensions, is easier to maintain, requires the smallest number of spare parts, and offers the best price-performance ratio.
